Job Overview:

  1. To Support production tool to achieve planning delivery schedule.
  2. Daily arrange the technician daily job task.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all day-to-day activites in tool room.
  2. Manage tool repair and maintenance schedule including external repair.
  3. Train and monitor tooling technician daily job activities and schedule.
  4. Daily follow up with mould repair and maintenance upon completion.
  5. Ensure tooling repair on time with good quality and within budget.
  6. To ensure accurate tool inventory and oversee the issuance and return of tools to the production line.

  8. Any other jobs assigned by management.
  9. Manage workshop 5S and Safety.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. SPM or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Experienced in tool repairing.
  3. Proficient in operating a variety of machinery, including Grinding, Milling, EDM, and laser welding machines.
