Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design and optimize brush technology to enhance product performance and durability.
  2. Conduct detailed analyses of brush assembly performance, including fiber alignment, density adjustments, and attachment methods to ensure optimal functionality.
  3. Convert test data and trial results into actionable design improvements through prototype iterations and validation processes.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks related to performance, durability, and safety through systematic testing and data-driven design methods.
  5. Contribute to technology roadmaps by proposing new concepts, material innovations, and application-specific solutions, while fostering a culture of continuous learning within engineering and production teams.
  6. Lead design and development projects specific to brush and bristle systems, including making key technical decisions on materials, geometry, and performance criteria.
  7. Collaborate and influence multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, materials, manufacturing) to ensure product intent from concept to production.
  8. Contribute to and propose strategic technology roadmaps, including new product platforms and innovation directions.

Job Qualification:

  1. Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a technology engineer or in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication methods related to brushes and bristles.
  4. Ability to apply Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Design of Experiments (DoE) for process optimization.
  5. Strong project management and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  6. Capability to translate test data and prototype results into scalable production solutions.
