Job Overview:

Responsible to collect data of high rejection, part weight, cycle time & process study. Coordinate with tooling team regarding mould repair / service.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To prepare and keep the record of Injection Moulding Master Parameter and TDS.
  2. Collect data of process cycle time and immediately highlight if deviate from FTA.
  3. Collect data of part with high rejection and for improvements.
  4. Collect data of part weight to ensure within BOM standard.
  5. Ensure mould repair form received by tooling team and tally as per recorded.
  6. Ensure to close and keep the record of tool trial form.
  7. Prepare and keep the record of Tooling Process Parameter (TPP).
  8. To monitor all documents ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 related to Injection Department.
  9. Any task given by superior.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
