Job Responsibilities:

  1. Cooperate with others section of department to determine supply need.
  2. Monitor & control inventory levels and access to the materials (FG, raw materials and scraps).
  3. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
  4. Responsible for the Vendor Relationship Management
  5. Communicate with customer in handling, enquiries, contracts or orders, including changes.
  6. Responsible for the On-Time Delivery to Customer
  7. Ensure the daily target is achieved as production plan without affect the quality of product
  8. Analysis and ensure the company resources is able to meet customer order
  9. Identify delays and accordingly adjust the schedule to meet the delivery deadlines
  10. Obtain customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction and team performance
  11. Provide on the job training and guidelines for existing and new employees on related field
  12. Supervise, evaluate and coach staff members
  13. Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
  14. Ensures that the KPI’s, Company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with SCM functions
  15. To assist on departmental objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
  16. Communications window between Planner, Manager & Management

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Diploma with more than 5 years working experiences / Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Experience of working in a production and material planning role
  3. Experience in supervise a team
  4. Experience in inventory management
  5. Strong relationship management and planning skills
  6. Strong analytical skill
