Cooperate with others section of department to determine supply need.
Monitor & control inventory levels and access to the materials (FG, raw materials and scraps).

Responsible for the Vendor Relationship Management

Responsible for the On-Time Delivery to Customer

Analysis and ensure the company resources is able to meet customer order
Identify delays and accordingly adjust the schedule to meet the delivery deadlines
Obtain customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction and team performance
Provide on the job training and guidelines for existing and new employees on related field
Supervise, evaluate and coach staff members
Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
Ensures that the KPI’s, Company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with SCM functions
To assist on departmental objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
