Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and arrange daily activities of subordinate by monitor daily KPI for subordinate.
  • Review & prepared(if necessary) Quality Standard Instruction.
  • Approved status of 1st Piece every startup.
  • Prepared training material and provide training to the subordinate/inspector.
  • Conduct verification on report, perform analysis on report/record & identified opportunity for improvement and initiate study for improvement
  • Review, identified and provide resources (Man, Machine, Material and Method) needed in execute quality plan.
  • Address risk and opportunity at work station and react as planned.
  • Handling customer complaint/feedback.
  • Monitor & ensure corrective action taken were effective and maintain.
  • Reporting on the performance of the quality and opportunity for improvement in particular to management.
  • Rectified and troubleshooting quality issue.
  • Involve in product development stage.
  • Record and updated product history.
  • Cooperate with Product Development team and production personnel to analyze the product performance.
  • Assist Quality Manager whenever needed.
  • Audit/monitor effectiveness of quality control.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures(if necessary).
  • Raise NCR/internal format and or used customer format when corrective action is required.
  • Ensure Equipment used for measurement is calibrated.
  • Be the person to attending the meeting related for Quality representative.
  • Develop a teamwork with subordinate and motivate.
  • Verify the basic measurement equipment such as Force Gauge and Go-NoGo Jig are working in good condition.
  • Monitor and buy-off the process improvement progress implemented as per dateline.
  • Listing the risk and potential by referring to reject rate in current PFMEA and look for the recommend action from team to minimize the RPN to lower than 100.
  • Extract reject summary report from production into pareto to measure the defect occurrences and look for process improvement planning and action.
  • Review the KPI report and planning actions to improve present situation accordingly.
  • Summarize the department improvement progress tracking.
  • Conduct monthly inventory within MyBrush group.
  • Prepare & review appraiser for Subordinate.
  • Monitor & review SVHC, RoHS & REACH implementation.
  • Monitor calibration performance & tracking.
  • Review & approved CPK & MSA analysis.
  • Ensure GR&R were up to date & in place

 

Job Qualification:

  1.  Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001.
  2. Ability to prepared & perform Control plan audit.
  3. Understanding product specification.
  4. Good supervisory, motivational, training, management and communication skills.
  5. Ability to control, supervise, train and lead the quality team.
  6. Knowledge of AUTOCOUNT & DCMS System.
  7. Ability to prepare, compile and filing all quality documentation.
  8. Basic knowledge Microsoft Excel.
  9. Basic knowledge mathematic.
  10. Knowledge of 7 quality tool and problem solving.
  11. Understanding Drawing, Bom, CP & QSI.
