Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall work area’s cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  2. Responsible for assuring overall production line resources based on 4M1E.
  3. Approve Skill Matrix Diagrams, Training Plans, Scrap Forms, In-Process Defect Ratios, Daily Checklists, Abnormality Reports, 5S Checklists, and other relevant documents.
  4. Ensure daily compliance for meetings/information dissemination, report sending, and raw materials and packaging materials follow-ups.
  5. Create and monitor weekly activity reports.
  6. Participate in SCM production schedule alignment.
  7. Guarantee monthly compliance for Production KPI analysis and reporting.
  8. Supervise the production line to ensure production requirements and orders are met.
  9. Monitor production performance.
  10. Track and maintain overall inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, finished materials, and packaging materials.
  11. Ensure orders are closed as planned and rescheduled as necessary.
  12. Record all quantities delivered to the store and compare them with the SAO provided by the Planner.
  13. Once the SAO is completed, record the quantity delivered into the Production Record and request a new SAO.
  14. If the SAO is not completed, inform the planner and request a schedule revision.
  15. Compare output with customer requirements.
  16. Guarantee endorsement details to the next shift PIC.
  17. Motivate team members to meet production goals.
  18. Report any non-conformities found to your superior.
  19. Participate in the Department’s general improvement activities.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Understand the fundamentals of 5S.
  2. Possess basic knowledge of Production and Quality requirements, such as Operation Standards, Control Plans, Process Flows, and Quality Alerts critical to quality/process assurance.
  3. Understand the Stock Assembly Order (SAO) or labels.
  4. Understand the storage system and factory layout.
  5. Understand product requirements/specifications.
