Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels.
Review daily production output performance.
Update production plan, review excess/backlog status.
Monitor production WIP balance status (e.g., on hold, UAI, or short felt).
Liaise with production, Quality, Store, and Technical Team to solve daily production issues.
Re-scheduling / determined recovery planned if have a manpower shortage/machine down issue.
Liaise and monitor material support with the material handler.
Review the FG stock level based on the latest customer delivery plan or forecast trend.
Liaise with the customer on the weekly commitment or any related issues on supply and demand.
Prepare a weekly production plan and email to the relevant department.
Prepare weekly AO/MO master list, Stock Assembly Order, Delivery Schedule, PP for raw part/material DNS to Purchasing.
Exposure Report as when necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
Knowledge of product specification.
Understand Drawing, BOM, CP & QSI.
Quality Work Flow.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
