Job Responsibilities:

  1. As an Injection Planner, update the forecast for the purchasing and production departments.
  2. Communicate with the purchasing department regarding material supply status.
  3. Ensure efficient planning and operation of the production line.
  4. Liaise with the purchasing, quality, store, and engineering departments to resolve daily production issues.
  5. Hold weekly alignment meetings with the Production and Procurement teams to ensure a smooth production plan for the following weeks.
  6. Ensure on-time delivery to meet customer schedules.
  7. Maintain and monitor stock levels.
  8. Ensure departmental objectives or KPIs are achieved and provide action plans.
  9. Perform any other job/function that may be assigned by a superior for improvement.
  10. Prepare reports, such as consolidating output reports.
  11. Ensure that issued stock assembly orders are closed on time.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  3. Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
