Job Overview:

Technical supervisors oversee employee performance, monitor the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work of technicians.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Studies and analyze daily rejection
  2. Assist supervisor / line leader in on line controlling
  3. Troubleshoots machinery problems and problems that cause production rejects
  4. Sets up machines and changing of machinery tooling
  5. Checks and maintain safety of machinery
  6. Systematically keeps a good record of spare parts’ stock level
  7. Knowledge of quality policies and procedures
  8. Applies concept of cleanliness and good housekeeping

 

Job Qualification:

  • SPM or equivalent
    1 -2 years relevant repairing skills preferably in manufacturing education
    Ability to study, analyze and troubleshoot reasons for rejects
    Ability to assist supervisor / line leader in on line controlling
    Ability to set up machines and changes as well as maintain machinery tooling
    Ability to frequent checking and maintenance of machineries
    Ability to understand production specification, output and reject record, production planning, downtime record and daily production report
    Ability to run / operate machine
    Understand and abides by the quality policies and procedure
    Understand production planning, downtime record and daily production specification, output and reject record, production planning, downtime record and daily production report
    Good in mathematic
    Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia or English
    Technical knowledge
