Job Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates employee discipline programs and related activities.
  2. Investigates employee complaints in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.
  3. Maintains up-to-date records of all employee relations issues and resolutions.
  4. Works closely with the HR Team to ensure compliance in Disciplinary Administration with reference to the established code of conduct.
  5. Supports the implementation of HR Policies, ensuring they are clearly communicated and applied.
  6. Conducts on-site workplace inspections to check compliance with general work rules and related policies.
  7. Assists in the issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE) and counseling employees.
  8. Monitors NTE records and related disciplinary actions.
  9. Assists employees with registration and application for Government Mandatory Concerns (e.g., Pag-Ibig Loan, SSS Loan, Employee Merging Application).
  10. Conducts employee orientation concerning Code of Conduct and Employee Discipline matters.
  11. Facilitates Employee Engagement Surveys.
  12. Attends to employee concerns and inquiries.
  13. Performs tasks as deemed necessary for the accomplishment of HR targets and objectives.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Analytical thinking and a people-oriented approach.
  3. Ability to handle employee discipline tasks, including investigation and counseling.
  4. Basic familiarity with Labor Laws.
  5. Active participation in and facilitation of company events.
  6. Strong attention to detail in tracking and updating Disciplinary Action (DA) records, resolutions, and closures.
