Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including setup and mold changes, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow management.
Perform root cause analysis for issues affecting quality and productivity.
Collaborate with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements, making adjustments as needed.
Provide molded components in a timely manner to meet production commitments.
Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Generate documentation on molding runs for traceability and reproducibility.
Perform other assignments as requested by immediate superior.

Understands Fundamentals of 5S principles.
Able to operate injection molding machines.
Proficient in troubleshooting injection molding machine problems.
Familiar with injection molding defects and their countermeasures.
Capable of generating injection parameters.
Familiar with injection molding raw materials.
Can read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Knowledgeable in basic machine maintenance and repair.
Possesses basic mathematics and record-keeping skills.
Good eyesight.
Healthy and physically capable.
High school graduate; college level or vocational courses in a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Conversant in Filipino or English.
Possesses good writing skills.
Technical knowledge is an added advantage.
Able to work extra hours (overtime).
Flexible and able to work in any department when transferred.
Able to work in a shifting schedule.
Adaptable and willing to work beyond standard job scope and allocation.
Obedient and disciplined.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Systematic, organized, and possesses excellent time management skills.
