Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive aerodynamic innovation through the design and optimization of impellers, diffusers, and flow passages for high-efficiency airflow and separation systems.
  2. Develop and refine dust-separation mechanisms (e.g., cyclonic or multi-stage architectures) using CFD and experimental correlation to enhance particulate removal efficiency and minimize flow loss.
  3. Perform turbomachinery analysis, including impeller performance mapping, blade-angle tuning, diffuser recovery evaluation, and stage matching.
  4. Optimize flow-path geometry to balance pressure–flow performance, noise, and energy efficiency within compact design envelopes.
  5. Translate aerodynamic and separation test data into design improvements through CFD correlation, prototype iteration, and performance validation.
  6. Collaborate across mechanical, electronics, and manufacturing teams to ensure aerodynamic and separation intent is maintained through product realization.
  7. Identify and mitigate flow-related risks via FMEA, design reviews, and rapid prototyping cycles.
  8. Apply Six Sigma and data-driven approaches (DMAIC, DoE) for systematic performance optimization and variability control.
  9. Contribute to technology roadmaps by proposing new turbomachinery platforms, aerodynamic concepts, and dust-separation strategies.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing in-house CFD/test capabilities and promoting learning across teams.

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Aerospace) or a related field is required.
  2. Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field with a solid foundation in fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, and turbomachinery design.
  3. Skilled in CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent/CFX/Discovery) and experienced in impeller, diffuser, and separation system design with validation through testing.
  4. Familiar with ISO 5801/5167 standards, aerodynamic measurement methods, and capable of translating technical data into actionable design improvements.
