He / She will be responsible for researching potential vendors, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, track order and ensure timely delivery, review the quality of purchased products to fulfil

company production operation. Monitor and review suppliers’ performance on monthly basis and conduct yearly audit on selected suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Issue PR & PO for direct materials to suppliers
  • Request quotation and source for purchase requisition
  • Prepare OPO summary and email to supplier to follow up delivery status
  • Prepare DNS Material Readiness to fulfil Production / Customer Pull Plan
  • Participate in weekly Raw Material Stock Count including indirect packaging material
  • Prepare Purchase Report
  • Monitor & update Supplier On-Time Delivery
  • Maintain Supplier Performance Review & Evaluation
  • Escalate material shortage issues to internal team
  • Participate in monthly stock take
  • Monitor inventory of purchase items
  • Coordinate with planning and production department
  • Concerning items purchase and delivery status
  • Investigate stock variance if any
  • Ensure supplier receive and acknowledge the PO that we issue
  • Review and compile incoming shipment plan
  • Prepare supplier audit plan
  • Source new suppliers
  • Others• Follow up incoming sea shipment & liaise with forwarder
    • Issue Manual Packing List to Customer / Inter-Company
    • Maintain Product Sample Receiving Report
  • Authority• Follow up incoming sea shipment & liaise with forwarder

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor or diploma in relevant field.
  2. Fully understand the procedures related to purchasing & external provider evaluation
  3. Good communication & negotiation skills
  4. Computer literate
  5. Ability to work overtime whenever needed
  6. Willing to learn beyond job scope
  7. Ability to support team whenever needed
