Job Overview:

Co-ordinate and maintain on product infomation for BOM, Change Notice (CN)/Change Request (CR) and Deviation Request (DR) implementation based on customer and internal operation requirement across the product lifecycle.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate implementation at operation side based on customer requirement for product changes.
  2. As a window to customer for any up issue part & any concern regarding.
  3. Change Notice (CN) or Change Request (CR).
  4. Monitor & Control product information (Part Approval, External & Internal CN/CR, Deviation Request (DR), EOL & etc) across the product lifecycle.
  5. Coordinate the implementation of Internal Subsystem Bill of Materials (BOM) and Top-Level Assemblies.
  6. Coordinate Process Change Request (PCR) as per requested by internal operation and tracking implementation plan within organization.
  7. Maintain and update BOM into Autocount System.
  8. Prepare and provide Item Master information for new item registration into Autocount System.
  9. Maintain and update Item Master information in Autocount System based on latest requirement.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Science Material) or equivalent experience.
  2. Min 2 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing role (for Engineer position).
  3. Min 5 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing role (for Senior Engineer).
  4. Full understanding and experience of Project Management methods and tools.
  5. Experience in Bill of Material process, Engineering Change Notice (ECN) & Product lifecycle management system.
  6. Experience of Delivering Results & Problem Solving.
  7. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics, 2D/3D CAD models, technical data sheets.
  8. Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma an advantage.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft (Excel/Word/Outlook/Powerpoint).
