Job Overview:

To perform machine, equipment & preventive maintenance as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintenance of all equipment and machines with completion in a timely manner

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct and update Daily maintenance check list for all machine
  2. Keep the place where maintenance work is being done clean and safe
  3. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining an adequate level of part and component in order to keep machine and secondary equipment functioning smoothly and with little downtime.
  4. Perform preventive maintenance according to drescribed schedule.
  5. Provide maintenance on tool that require specifific hydraulic, pneumatic or electric set up prior to being set up in machines.
  6. Perform duties in complaince (JR) with safety standard and house keeping.
  7. Repair, maintain and ensure all machine and production related equipment are in good conditions.
  8. Ensure recycle hydraulic oil and lubrication oil is poured into the drum and placed in chemical storage.
  9. Work with Maintenance Supervisor to assure all PM requiring outside contractors, has all paper work complated properly and by dates required.
  10. Update stock card every time the spare part released.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical or equivalent required.
  2. 3+ years of experience maintenance of molding machines.
  3. A completion of skilled trades training applicable to plastics industry is preferred.
  4. The ability to interpret electrical wiring.
  5. Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of injection machinery associated.
