Job Overview:

  • In charge of quality dept administration job, communicate with HR and payroll for attendance related and do necessary filing job in Quality Dept.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attendance and Documentation:

  • Update attendance and email to HOD
  • Record and photocopy leave forms / Medical certificate for HR submission.
  • Maintain and update training records, including attendance.

2. Inventory and Resource Management:

  • Monitor and maintain usage of A4 paper as per section orders.
  • Track and ensure proper usage of PPE.
  • Conduct monthly inventory and update stock records within the FozOne Group.
  • Monitor and update the block store stock at Auto count for accuracy

3. Calibration and ISO Compliance:

  • Update the Calibration Masterlist, follow up on calibration due dates, and coordinate with external suppliers.
  • Track Calibration PR and maintain ISO forms for inspection.
  • Update Monthly calibration cost summary report.

4. Purchasing and Financial Records:

  • Issue purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and remittance requests.
  • Prepare and maintain Capex approval lists.

5. Scrap and Inventory Control:

  • Receive, verify, and log scrap items in the AUTOCOUNT system.
  • Ensure scrap form approval by Production HOD, Quality HOD, GM and verify inventory quantities for accuracy.
  • Conduct monthly inventory within FozOne Group.

6. Administrative Support:

  • Prepare monthly duty rosters
  • Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Updated departments training records (IPQC, OQC, Metrology) and training attendance.

7. Weekly Gemba Audit:

  • Conduct weekly Internal Gemba Audit with DCC PIC.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  3. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Knowledge of QC data collection and QC chart creation.
  5. Knowledge of the EPDM System.
