Bristling (Non-Cylindrical) Technology

Fusion Interlock Technology (F.I.T.)

F.I.T. ensures a seamless integration of knitted filament strips with plastic carriers through ultrasonic welding. This cutting-edge process involves sandwiching the knitted filament strip between two plastic carriers, precisely positioning them with the help of a pallet jig.

Bristle Dispensing Technology

Our bristle dispensing technology showcases an innovative, patented approach unique to the brush manufacturing landscape in Malaysia, using an anchor-less or staple-less method to produce bristle blocks with unmatched precision and efficiency.

This technique meticulously fills filaments into the holes of a plastic carrier, securing the filament roots to the carrier through ultrasonic welding or heat stacking, employing our custom-made BDT machines and skilled technicians to produce filter brushes and BDT bristle block assemblies of the highest standards.

Weaving Technology
