Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee planning, purchasing & logistics activities within the organization.
  2. Cooperate with other sections/departments to determine supply needs.
  3. Monitor and control inventory levels and access to materials (finished goods (FG), raw materials, and scraps).
  4. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.
  5. Monitor the prices and terms offered by suppliers and negotiate the best possible agreements for the company.
  6. Be responsible for Vendor Relationship Management.
  7. Communicate with customers in handling inquiries, contracts, or orders, including amendments.
  8. Be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
  9. Ensure daily targets are achieved according to the production plan without compromising product quality.
  10. Analyze and ensure the company’s resources can meet customer orders.
  11. Identify potential delays and adjust schedules accordingly to meet delivery deadlines.
  12. Obtain customer feedback to maintain customer satisfaction and team performance.
  13. Provide on-the-job training and guidelines to existing and new employees in the related field.
  14. Supervise, evaluate, and coach staff members.
  15. Assist in forecasting to plan future orders effectively.
  16. Ensure that company standard practices and procedures are followed in all Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  2. Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
  3. Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
  4. Understanding of forecasting and budgeting principles.
  5. Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  9. Good communication skills.
