This role oversees and participates in general warehouse operations, managing all activities related to inventory, including shipping and receiving, conducting stock checks, recording transactions, organizing storage, and loading/unloading trucks.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including kitting and deliveries based on schedule.
  2. Receive and transfer parts from production to storage daily, ensuring accuracy by verifying documentation against quantities, part names, and numbers.
  3. Monitor and update inventory by conducting daily stock checks, updating stock cards, and performing physical inventory counts to investigate and resolve variances.
  4. Coordinate with the Planner on urgent material needs (raw parts or finished goods).
  5. Oversee team activities, assigning tasks to the storekeeper, planning overtime, and maintaining compliance with First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures.
  6. Handle incoming goods, including receiving and checking, and ensure proper loading and identification of finished goods on racks.
  7. Maintain warehouse equipment and monitor daily truck movements.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. SPM or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  2. Proficient in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Must possess a valid forklift license.
  4. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
  5. At least 1-5 years of relevant working experience.
