Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform first-piece and in-process measurements according to QSI (Quality Standard Instruction).
  2. Update inspection results in the inspection report.
  3. Conduct measurement inspections for OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) and IQC (Incoming Quality Control) sample submissions.
  4. Update measurement data in the SPC (Statistical Process Control) report.
  5. Notify your superior of any deviations found in measurements or SPC.
  6. Perform equipment maintenance in the workplace.
  7. Conduct internal calibration of the SmartScope fixture.
  8. Verify internal calibration for digital calipers.
  9. Provide measurement support for testing activities from internal and external parties.
  10. Assist in creating in-process checksheet reports as per QSI.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate superior.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum educational certification (e.g., SPM or equivalent).
  2. Basic mathematical knowledge.
  3. Understands drawings, Bills of Material (BOM), Control Plans (CP), and Quality Standard Instructions (QSI).
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  5. Familiar with product specifications.
  6. Knowledge of various measurement equipment.
