Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the audit preparation for and compliance with QMS conducted by internal and external auditors.
  2. Develop the Annual Audit Plan.
  3. Analyze strength and weakness for propagation or improvement.
  4. Initiate the periodic review of QMS documentation.
  5. Maintain a comprehensive overview of CAPA across the organization.
  6. Analyze the effectiveness of CAPA measures.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a quality-focused role, such as Quality Engineering, Process Improvement, or Supplier Quality Management.
  3. Knowledge of CMM operation and programming is an advantage.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  6. Team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
  7. Knowledge of multiple standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14000 would be an advantage.
  8. Proficient in FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
  9. Fluent in written and spoken English.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
