Ensure that production operates smoothly and efficiently, meeting the production schedule in a timely manner.
Assist the Production Manager in establishing or adjusting work procedures.
Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment utilization to enhance production efficiency.
Coordinate training activities for the team.
Monitor and ensure productivity, target achievement, and quality standards.
Ensure the objectives and KPIs of department are achieved and provide action plans when necessary.
Perform any other job functions or tasks as assigned by superiors for continuous improvement.

Ensure a zero-accident environment within the production area.
Champion scrap flow and reject quantities for continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion the Monthly Stock Take process.
Champion the WINCOM System utilization.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to the manufacturing industry.
3 to 5 years of executive-level experience.
Strong knowledge of machinery safety protocols and good housekeeping practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of products and quality requirements.
Thorough understanding of the production system and factory layout.
Reliable team player who demonstrates flexibility and commitment to the department’s objectives and goals.
Proactive individual who anticipates and addresses issues before being asked.
