Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle for the entire department HR related issue and request
  2. Medical Sheet / Claim, Manpower Request, Rotating Shift Change
  3. Note, Purchase Request, Overtime Record, Record (leave
  4. application, daily attendance & lateness)
  5. In-charge of department administrative job
  6. Filing, Stationary, request, budget plan by monthly, document distribution
  7. Update Training Records
  8. Monitor Training Progress with HR for new employee
  9. Issue purchase requisition
  10. Follow up suppliers for delivery
  11. Daily Update attendance record
  12. Filling D.O from suppliers
  13. Prepare monthly report, updates of records
  14. Provide clerical supports to superior
  15. Responsible to deliver any other assignment/task as assigned by H.O.D
  16. Handle Auto count System Backflush Finish Goods / Scrap
  17. Prepare and key in document for monthly/daily Stock Take
  18. Involve in stock take

Job Qualification:

  1. SPM / Diploma
  2. Working experience in related field
  3. Maintain good working discipline
  4. Able to work a flexible schedule
  5. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
