Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Integration & Customization:

  • Oversee integrations and customizations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.

2. Application Development:

  • Design, develop, and manage middleware, APIs, interfaces, and custom applications to facilitate ERP system integrations.

3. Database Administration::

  • Conduct routine ERP database management activities including performance optimization, monitoring, backups, security, and disaster recovery planning.

4. ERP System Environment Management:

  • Manage the ERP system environment—including version upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and system testing—to ensure stability, reliability, and scalability.

5. Workflow Governance & Change Implementation:

  • Approve and implement workflow changes proposed by the ERP Business Manager, ensuring all updates align with IT architecture standards, security policies, and system design principles.

6. Technical Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot ERP technical issues, lead root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to mitigate future issues.

7. Project Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Business Process Team and ERP stakeholders, providing technical expertise to ensure ERP systems meet business objectives.

8. Infrastructure & Security Coordination:

  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to align ERP-related technical requirements, ensuring system stability and compliance with security policies.

9. Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Coordinate effectively with ERP vendors and external technical partners to manage technical specifications, oversee solution delivery, implement system changes, and maintain system stability.

10. ERP Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics:

  • Support the development of custom dashboards, operational reports, and analytical interfaces to ensure ERP insights align with strategic and operational decision-making needs.

11. Compliance & Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, performing regular audits to maintain ERP data integrity and regulatory standards.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP systems integration, customization, database administration, and technical support.
  3. Hands-on programming skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), ASP.NET Framework 4.5, C#, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 4, JavaScript, jQuery, Xamarin, or other relevant technologies.
  4. Proven experience in integrating major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor) with other business systems.
  5. Strong expertise in database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  6. Knowledge of middleware technologies and API integration frameworks (REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  7. Basic understanding of ERP-related infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security.
  8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  9. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
