Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop electrical and electronic systems in analog, digital, MCU, and MPU domains.
  2. Design PCB that align with industry standards from schematics, BOM lists, and functional requirements.
  3. Design and construct prototype PCB for testing and evaluation purposes.
  4. Perform testing and design verification tests (DVT) in collaboration with test engineers for new designs.
  5. Participate in the entire development cycle for new product designs.
  6. Assist with other related tasks as required by superiors.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience (Senior role) with in-depth knowledge and proven experience in hardware design and integration (e.g., Power Electronics, Motor Drive, Battery Management Systems, Analog, Digital, and Sensing technologies).
  3. Working knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium, Proteus, Cadence).
  4. Experience using simulation tools to support design calculations, tolerance analysis, and documentation.
  5. Proven experience in electronics development through multiple product development cycles.
  6. Experience with DFM, DfX, and DFMEA.
  7. Solid knowledge of home appliance safety requirements and regulatory certification at PCBA and product levels, including EMC compliance.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Highly motivated and self-driven with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence the work of others.
