Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and relevant information to the Section Head and Department Head for material purchase and strategy planning.
  2. Responsible to ensure inventory are kept at optimum level.
  3. Guide team members in their day to day activities and management.
  4. Assess production schedules revise, when necessary, optimize run quantities, minimize changeovers, and achieve on-time delivery.
  5. Coordinate with buyers and resolve outstanding material issues to eliminate unexpected material shortages.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  2. Proven experience working as a Production Planner.
  3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Effective communication skills.
  8. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  10. A strong sense of urgency.
