Retail Operation Senior Executive

As our Retail Operation Senior Executive, you will drive FOZ One’s retail excellence and experiential retail execution, ensuring strong mall presence, kiosk standards, frontline capability, customer experience and commercial performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 1. Mall & Site Management
    • Analyze mall footfall, demographics and tenant mix; secure high-visibility sites and negotiate favourable tenancy terms.

    2. Kiosk & Retail Excellence

    • Lead kiosk readiness, modular racks, brand pelmet, planogram and Retail Index standards; conduct periodic retail audits and close gaps.

    3. Frontliner Capability & Service

    • Develop and implement soft-skill and service-mannerism modules; coordinate training, deployment, incentives and payroll inputs.

    4. Customer Experience & Performance

    • Implement NPS for frontliner service; track footfall, conversion, sales, average basket size, Google Reviews and social-media engagement.

    5. Activation & Improvement

    • Drive mall joint activations and livestreams; report performance and recommend actions to improve traffic, service and sales.

    6. Others

    • Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, Customer Experience or a related discipline.
  2. 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail, shopper marketing, mall activation or retail operations.
  3. Strong knowledge of mall footfall, demographics, tenant mix, site performance and retail KPIs.
  4. Experience with mall / landlord engagement, tenancy negotiation and kiosk / pop-up retail execution.
  5. Knowledge of planogram, merchandising, Retail Index / retail audit and frontliner performance management.
  6. Able to develop soft-skill, service-mannerism and NPS programmes and translate results into action.
  7. Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, communication and project coordination skills.
