The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure that production targets, quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures are consistently achieved. The role involves supervising production employees, monitoring production performance, identifying operational issues and driving continuous improvement within the production area.
• Ensure production readiness as standard operation and employee working at work station are been training and competence
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
• Keeps and maintains appropriate production and employee records
