Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily activities of Quality inspector/leader that engage at
    inspecting stage and any new improvement /testing activity.
  2. Assist subordinate to perform test and inspections as per Quality Plan.
  3. Raised, follow up, keep track and maintain NCR/NCMR/rework sorting report until closed.
  4. Verified and approved First piece,IPQC report & OQC report.
  5. Gather information from counter shift and follow up open issue
  6. Informs & update to superior when non-conformity is found.
  7. Verify & follow up non-conforming product at production.
  8. Verified, monitor and evaluate effectiveness on product improvement.
  9. Assist Quality Exec/Eng to handle customer complaint/feedback if any.
  10. Assist Quality Exec/Eng in monitoring quality inspection of new product development.
  11. Assist Quality Exec/Eng in preparing necessary document i.e. QSI, Quality Alert, Inspection Standard, Quality Flow.
  12. Assist in implementing quality procedures.
  13. Performs job assigned by immediate superior.
  14. Storage, maintain & perform inventory for ISIR Sample and Limit accepted.
  15. Perform control plan & QSI audit.
  16. Assist in prepare KPI monthly report for quality in-process performance.
  17. Conduct monthly inventory within MyBrush Group.
  18. Assist Quality Exec/Eng in perform root cause analysis.
  19. Verify SPC implementation.
  20. Coordinating job rotation and cross-training to subordinate.

Authority:

  1. Stop production line/Process.
  2. Approved First piece

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum Diploma.
  2. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001.
  3. Understanding Drawing, Bom, CP & QSI.
  4. Basic knowledge Microsoft Excel..
  5. Knowledge product specification.
  6. Ability to supervisory, motivational, training & communication skills.
