Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform technical analysis of incoming parts and communicate requirements with the SQE Executive for buyoff processes.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers for continuous improvement initiatives and lead corrective actions for 8D issues.
  3. Conduct supplier qualifications and periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards.
  4. Develop Quality Standards and Inspection Work Instructions to guide IQC inspectors during the incoming buyoff.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective supplier management, reporting, and documentation updates.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Quality departments.
  3. Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
  4. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
  5. Good working knowledge of quality control standards and tools.
  6. Experience with manufacturing and production processes, as well as engineering principles.
  7. Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control methodologies.
  8. Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  9. Strong ability to work cross-functionally and develop positive supplier relationships.
  10. Ability to provide guidance to improve process efficiency.
  11. Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  12. Strong communication skills for preparing progress reports and presenting findings to supervisors.
