Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Management: 

  • Set and adjust injection molding machine parameters and give solutions to machine failures.

2. Execute Production Plans:

  • Allocate tasks based on production schedules to ensure timely delivery.

3. Quality Control:

  • Supervise production processes to ensure product quality meets established standards.

4. Equipment Management:

  • Maintain production equipment, report any malfunctions promptly, and assist with repairs.

5. Personnel Management:

  • Organize and oversee employee work, providing necessary job training.

6. Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure employees adhere to safety regulations and conduct regular safety training sessions.

7. Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Accurately complete production records and report on production progress.

8. Cost Control:

  • Monitor material consumption and propose cost-saving measures.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory or production management within the injection molding industry; experience in production and process engineering is essential.
  3. Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
  4. High sense of responsibility and execution capability, with the ability to work under pressure.
  5. Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to respond quickly to production emergencies.
  7. Proficient in office software, with the ability to perform basic data statistics and analysis.
