Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire NPI process, from concept design, prototyping, testing, to production launch (involves in new tooling / product development.
  2. Coordinate activities concerned with mould maker, scheduling and resolving tooling design.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle, troubleshooting issues to avoid delays.
  4. Collaborate with with injection, process / technical team to solve tooling problem.
  5. Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget launches.
  6. Work with suppliers and partners to ensure alignment with product requirements and timelines.
  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI processes.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
  2. 5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Development, or Engineering, preferably in injection molding industry.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
