Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Recruitment Team: Guide and support the recruitment team, creating effective strategies to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and handling paperwork.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business needs.
  • Promote Employer Brand: Lead initiatives like career fairs and university outreach to promote the company and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Track and Report Recruitment Data: Gather and analyse recruitment data to support reporting and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Handle Expatriate Recruitment: Manage the recruitment and documentation process for expatriate hires, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Improve Recruitment Strategies: Continuously review and adjust recruitment strategies to keep up with company growth and industry trends.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in technical hiring, specifically within the electronics industry, with a proven track record of leading recruitment teams.
  3. Results-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proactive, independent, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities, along with negotiation and team collaboration skills.
