Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  2. Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR documents to maintain relevance and accuracy.
  4. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and management of foreign workers, including work permit applications, renewals, and terminations.
  5. Responsible for issuing company memos and circulars.
  6. Develop and implement security policies:
    • Design and enforce security standards, policies, and procedures to protect the organization’s physical and digital assets.
  7. Manage security personnel:
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate security staff. Ensure that all team members adhere to security standards and are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
  8. Manage onboarding processes and employee retention programs
  9. Oversee administrative, operational, and support functions of the organization to ensure smooth business operations.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
  2. Good supervisory, communication, training, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical thinking and teaching ability to organize and provide training.
  4. Familiarity with Labour Laws.
  5. At least 5 years of experience in a related field
