Job Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibilities in planning and coordination activities related to warehouse deliveries, shipping, import/export, and logistic activities in a general trading environment. Familiar with shipping term (incoterms, LMW).
  • Liaise and follow up with supplier goods delivery to ensure that sufficient stocks are available to production to avoid production disturbance.
  • To ensure all stocks movements are update promptly and accurately for easy month end accounts formulation and stock control.
  • Receives & inspects incoming shipments for discrepancies & damages and report problem to the designated person promptly.
  • Accountable to generate accurate tracking and logistics reports for management reporting.
  • Any tasks assigned by HOD as required by the company.

 

Job Qualification:

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management.
  • Preferably with experience in the areas of import, export, custom documentation or Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and provide recommendations from the data is highly desirable.
  • Experienced at least an intermediate level for Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Knowledge of Mandarin an added advantage (liaise with China Supplier) but not a must.
