Ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Customs Act 1967 and LMW regulations.
Maintain and submit all required reports to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM).
Manage all LMW documentation, including duty and SST exemption applications, permits, and audit preparations.
Ensure proper customs clearance procedures for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Conduct periodic self-audits and provide support during external Customs audits and inspections.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accuracy in stock movement.
Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport companies to manage shipments.

Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering (especially for production-related LMW roles).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, customs documentation, or supply chain management.
Proven hands-on experience in LMW operations, bonded warehouse management, and customs audit processes.
Demonstrated ability to ensure accuracy in customs documentation, inventory records, and compliance reports to mitigate errors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain challenges, customs issues, and warehouse inefficiencies.
Thorough understanding of and commitment to ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with Customs officers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
