Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and recognize any technical, cost or regulatory constraints that may impact the feasibility of the design.
  • Robustly plan and prioritize
  • e tasks based on risk level, resolution, maturity and interdependency of tasks.
  • Monitor progress in line with the established plan, and proactively respond or escalate issues when required.
  • Conduct through tolerance analysis to identify and quantify the impact of various sources of variability on the design.
  • Work closely with a cross functional team to conduct through risk assessments and use risk management tools to evaluate and prioritize risks.
  • Create detailed design specifications, including Engineering Bill of Materials, 3D models, CAD Drawings and Technical specifications.

Job Qualification:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Materials Engineering or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of hands-on product design experience. Previous experience in design, development, and delivery of Consumer/ Robotic / and or Regulated products.
  3. Knowledge and understanding of multiple tooling and manufacturing techniques.
  4. Practical knowledge of 3D CAD, PLM systems and analysis packages.
  5. Candidate should be able to model components on CAD systems, create drawings and components specifications that meet design objectives and are manufacturable.
  6. Ability to collaborate with a team and influence others to successfully deliver results in a timely manner.
  7. Clear awareness of safety and quality topics, familiar with related ISO regulations
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
