Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure that day to day business operation run smoothly and assist overall development, performance and maintenance of the organizations activities to obtain the maximum efficiency.
  • To assist in managing the organizations ensuring the high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization.
  • Assist in developing plans for teams activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of the strategy and overall general business planning of the organizations.
  • Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organizations plan.
  • Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guideline, ISO Certification.

 

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience (8+ years) in operations management within the manufacturing industry.
  3. Industry exposure to highly desired experiences in the home appliances/consumer electronics industry.
  4. Leadership acumen, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve greatness, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive effective cross-functional collaboration.
